Pain doesn’t always originate where you feel it. Knee pain, for example, is often influenced by imbalances in surrounding muscles, joints, or movement patterns. I take a thorough, whole‑body approach to assessment and treatment, addressing not only the local area but also the surrounding structures that contribute to the issue.

I am a passionate manual therapist with training in Massage Therapy (Medix College), Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (McMaster University), and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture (Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine). My clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care help me pinpoint the true source of pain and deliver treatment that makes a meaningful difference.

Things that Annie can Treat

• Acupuncture session: Treats pain, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, respiratory issues, headaches, women’s health concerns or hormonal imbalances, skin rejuvenation, neuropathy, muscle tension, joint, tendon or ligament issues, etc.

• Massage therapist: Treats muscle tightness, joint, tendon or ligament issues, stress, lymphatic, back and neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, circulation issues, headaches, etc.

Cancellation Policy: If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand. For cancellations made with less notice, the full session fee will apply and must be settled prior to booking your next visit.
